We have been working on a Christmas present for all of you for some time now, and today we want to officially announce it and to tell you more about it.


So, friends, this Christmas you are going to get a new addon to Tame It! And it will be quite different from everything we have released in the world of Tame It! before!


You will spend Christmas with Tonya in a nice, cozy apartment! Where there will be a fireplace, a Christmas tree and presents! Yes, that's how things are!


But how did it happen? Why isn't Lee on tropical islands and struggling to survive? All the answers are waiting for you in the addon!


We took a step away from the usual gameplay. Quest elements in this addon are intertwined with a light puzzle component and even with some mystics! We are sure that the plot will surprise you!


And you are probably wondering if there will be something hot in this addon. The answer is: it will be very hot!


Get ready to dive into the holiday atmosphere in the Tame It! Christmas Story!


All of our patrons on Patreon will get access to this addon a couple weeks early, and then we'll release the addon on Steam and it will be available to all owners of the game for free!

Hi everyone!


Today is a very special day! Manka Games is celebrating its third anniversary!

This year was quite extraordinary, intense and full of challenges for our team. After the release of Tame It! we were at a crossroads, we were full of ideas and we wanted to start a new project as soon as possible. So we ended up with three such projects in one year!


We did the prototype for the sequel to Tame It! — Tame It Too! on the new UE5 engine. Extremely bold experiment for a small team like ours, right? But from the very beginning we were ambitious and striving to create something new, unusual and interesting. Of course such a big game requires a huge amount of resources, so the prototype remains just a small piece of the world we dream to show you.


Also let us tell you a secret that we're preparing a little surprise relating to Tame It!  So, don't forget to check out our news!


We have also released the first chapter of another game — Neon Blago. Also experimental in many ways for us. Here we've switched to Unity engine, combined 2D and 3D in a whole new art style, and planned a non-linear plot consisting of lots of little stories told by the bar customers to the charming bartender Ruby.


And finally we have come up to the game that we had the idea and first drafts of a year ago, and it's now getting most of our focus. This game is (non)trivial. It’s the game at the crossroads of several genres, with a twisted main plot and plenty of sub-plots related to the lives of the different characters. There are two main protagonists, a male and a female. And we plan to use both 2D and 3D graphics in the visuals. And now we are developing many interesting mechanics and captivating mini-games. We are very excited about this new game and are actively working on the Prologue, which our patrons are likely to see before the end of summer.

Hi everyone!


We're glad to announce that we’ll release the sequel prototype to Tame It! by the end of this year!

We planned to make another addon this year and show you a new small island with its unusual inhabitants. But eventually we decided not to extend the story, which has already ended, but to make a quality leap forward and continue the adventures of Lee in a new format. 

It would be the first step to a full-fledged sequel — Tame It Too!

We switched to a new engine and it's Unreal Engine 5! It instantly gave us a huge room for possibilities. You are now free to explore everything around with a third-person view!

We have a lot of plans and ideas for the future game, we want to fit all the good old features and a lot of new ones into it. 


We would like to draw your attention to the fact that for now we’re only releasing the prototype of the sequel. It won't have the same survival gameplay features you're used to in Tame It! yet, so there's no building, hunting, fishing and other mini-games, and only a bit of storyline. But the foundation of the game where all of this may appear is already in this prototype. And if you liked the story, characters and mechanics of Tame It!, and if you want to get it all on a new level, completely redesigned and improved, then with your support this prototype can become a full-fledged game!

You'll find yourself on a large new island that you can explore as much as you want. A small but interesting quest awaits you, which will help to uncover one of the mysteries of the island and give food for thought about the origin of the local creatures.


Cat and Octa will also go exploring the island, each in their own direction, and Lee will have to find them in the jungle. And of course, we couldn't leave you without something hot, so we've prepared a delicious bonus scene with one of the girls for you!

First of all we would like to include all the features that you liked in the Tame It!, but of course thanks to the new engine it will look different. Cooler? Yeah, that's right! Building, crafting, gathering and other Lee's activities will become more visual, bright, interesting. And we hope to fix some irritating gameplay elements!

We deliberately delayed the official announcement until we were sure the first build would be ready soon, and now that moment has come!


What is our new game about

It's a game about a bar, a hot bartender, bar stories, and good booze!

Neon Blago bar is hidden in the alleys of Chicago, attracting passersby with its neon sign lights, and once inside, it's impossible to refrain from having a drink, especially since the customers are met by a hospitable and sexy bartender.

At Neon Blago you get to meet many interesting bar visitors and hear their extraordinary stories. The stories of all Ruby's guests are unique, they can be funny, sad, exciting and even mystical, contain a lot of hot intimate details and have an unexpected ending.

Besides customers who share stories from their lives or stories they overheard somewhere, there will be regulars at the bar who love to gossip, tell an anecdote or a story, mention some hot episode from their lives.

As for a good booze, it's up to you to make it! The happier the customer, the bigger the tip! And you still need to find a key to the lingering customers who are ready to tell their stories, and mix a special cocktail for them.


Genres and Kinks

The game is at the junction of several genres, among which we can mention a bartender simulator and visual novel elements, which are featured in the narration of the visitors' stories.

In Neon Blago, the players will be able to feel themselves in the shoes of a bartender and then the manager of the bar. Drinks and cocktails will loosen guests' tongues and you will witness the innermost secrets of their lives, together with them plunge into their memories, excitements, pleasures.

We plan to involve a lot of different kinks, because the stories of bar guests can be very diverse, from quite ordinary, to the ones that you can never tell sober! So these stories may include innocuous kinks as well as something extraordinary that's hard to believe.


The Protagonist

Our protagonist, Ruby, is as sexy as she is smart, but she also loves sex, open to experimentation, and not embarrassed by anything. She knows how to approach and adjust to any man, pretend to be silly or play the intellectual, if the circumstances require it. She has an elaborate background which will be important to the central plot of the game.

Further plans for the game

  • We plan to create a lot of vibrant customers with their own compelling stories, each in their own visual style.
  • Besides customers' stories, Neon Blago will have an end-to-end storyline.
  • We plan to add interactions within the bar between the main character and other bar staff in future.
  • There may also be an economic component: the opportunity to spend earned money for the development of the bar and hiring new employees.
  • The number of bar employees will grow with the course of the story.
  • The gameplay won't be limited by one drink-making game, we plan to create several different bar mini-games which will diversify the gameplay.
  • And we also want to regularly add nice little things: skins for the main character and possibly for the other bar staff, new drinks every chapter, funny Easter eggs, additional art with the characters of the stories you like.


When to expect the first build

We focus on the near future, but we won't promise any specific dates just yet, though we will try to stick to our internal deadlines.

First build for Patreon patrons comes pretty soon, we expect to release it before the end of the year.

Perhaps we'll prepare an early build for high tier patrons, but again, we won't promise it in advance.

In any case, it remains to wait just a little bit!

Hi everyone!


Today we are glad to finally present you the long-awaited first addon to Tame It! 

New island with its own mysteries and new unusual characters that Lee will have to face awaits you! 


We have been working on it for about two months, and although the addon isn’t big, we tried to make it vivid and catchy. You can also hear a great new melody there, which was written by our composer! 


Addon is free for everyone who already has the game!


As a reminder, since the addon is a direct sequel to Tame It!, it requires you to play the main game before you can proceed to the addon. If the story of the main game is not completed, the addon button in the menu is inactive.

We continue to please you with releases. Today we are releasing the public version 0.12.0!


What awaits you in this chapter:

Lee will finally get a chance to get to Jaguar and fight him. But how this battle will end and what it will lead to, you're just about to find out. 

We should also mention that the game's mechanics in this chapter have undergone major changes that will allow you to look at everything from... a different angle. We hope it will be interesting, but at the same time there may be bugs, so feel free to let us know if the game isn't behaving correctly somewhere.

We should remind here that there won't be any new public releases until Tame It! would be released on Steam. But fortunately it will happen very soon! So don't forget to add our game to your wishlist!

Hi, folks!


As you've all probably heard, we've been working on the English version of our game Tame It! for quite a time already. And today we're happy to present you the 0.11.0 English version, which includes a prologue and seven chapters with full texts, that is half of the entire plot.


If you had difficulties understanding emojis, or didn't like this approach to the story in general, then this is your chance to look at the game and the characters differently. For example, a brief background of Lee is given before the prologue, and later on, thanks to his thoughts, the development of his character and attitude towards Cat becomes more noticeable. We think this may be interesting even to those who have already gone through the game before the actual chapters.

We remind you that since this is a separate game, saves are not compatible with the main version!


Speaking of new chapters! Today we released version 0.13.0 for our patrons! In this new chapter, Lee will discover the great mystery of the island and get a chance to fight the jaguar. The chapter is vivid, intense, and with a very hot ending. 


And in a few days later the 0.12.0 English version will be released for our patrons, where two more chapters - 8 and 9 - will be added to the translation plot.


Just a little bit and we'll catch up with the current version and then we can merge the English and emoji versions into one. Emoji will remain the basic version, but it will be possible to change the language in the settings. Over time, perhaps there will be a translation into other languages too.


We look forward to your impressions of the text version of the game! And if you find any bugs, please report them to us, it will help us improve the game.

Hi, guys! 


The long-awaited public release of version 0.11.0 is finally here and we're happy to show it to you! 

What awaits you in this chapter:


Octa and Cat are still in a quarrel and something has to be done about it, Lee will have to take care of reducing the degree of conflict. Lee also realizes that the current house is getting too cramped and decides to build himself a more comfortable place to live. The relationships of all three characters continue to change, with new interests and desires appear.


In addition to the continuation of the plot, we have largely worked on other aspects of the game, as usual. A lot of edits were made to various scenes from previous chapters, in particular, the logic of the steering wheel game was reworked, Tonya's sleep game was animated in L2D. And also many minor and not so minor bugs, you reported to us, were fixed.


We added something new to the SOS location: now Lee will think about different things when he's alone there, or talk to Cat when they're together; you may come across funny dialogues, so make sure to check it out once in a while. You can see all the changes we've made in the changelog.


Enjoy the game! We will be glad to receive your feedback and any comments on the game, and please let us know about any bugs you find, so we can fix them as soon as possible! 


And one more important news: version 0.12.0 is already available to all our patrons, and it will be publicly released in early January. This will be the last public release, as then we will prepare the game for release on Steam.

Hi everyone!

 

Today we have a great date — exactly a year ago the first build of Tame It! was released! 🎉😃 A lot of work has been done during this year and we managed to finish 2/3 of the game storyline, but there’s still a lot of interesting things ahead. And today we want to please you with the new public version of the game. Thank you for staying with us and continuing to play Tame It!

 

What awaits you in this chapter:

Lee's adventures continue. Now that a new hottie has appeared on his horizon, he can't stop thinking about her, of course Cat doesn't like this at all. And when Lee gets a chance to get to know Octa better, Cat becomes even more jealous. You'll find out where all this will lead and how Lee will cope with the situation in this chapter.

 

Along with the story progression, much work was done on the game itself.

We added English tooltips for UI, it may be turned on in the preferences and disabled by default. Octa's image was adjusted by the results of patron’s voting and one suggested feature was implemented, her color will change by her mood. Cat, on the other hand, will eat less food but lose her attitude to you if not fed properly. To help track her hunger level we changed the report style of the corresponding question in the dialogue window.

As usual, we will be grateful for any bug reports that you come across during the game, as well as your suggestions for improving the content.

 

At the end of this week our patrons will receive an updated English version with the freshly translated Chapters 4 and 5. Speaking of chapters — they came out rather big in terms of text this time, especially Сhapter 4. So, if you find some time to check these out, who knows, maybe you will get a completely different picture of what’s going on in there, especially the construction episode.

 

And now one more announcement:

You’ve probably noticed by now that public releases have become less frequent. As we mentioned above — the last third of the game is left, and we’ve deliberately decided to increase the interval between public releases of chapters, most likely there will be no public releases at all when the development gets to the final stage. The reason for this is that we’re going to release Tame It! on Steam and it's our chance to recoup the development of the game and get the opportunity to continue it, as well as the implementation of other ideas, since it didn't work out on Patreon. Therefore, we ask you to be understanding and support us on this difficult but interesting path.

 

We would like to remind you that all of our patrons starting at $2 (who will subscribe 6 months before the release or more) will receive a Steam key.
